Chris Helmbrecht is a co-founder of Kollektiv and serves as managing director. Prior to forming Kollektiv for the past seven years Chris ran his own interactive agency, CYGEN, servicing clients in Russia, Germany and the United States.
Chris started his career in Germany 12 years ago, but quickly moved to New York City during the halcyon days of the internet boom. He worked for a long time at Euro RSCG where he ran the interactive division before leaving to start his own interactive agency. Over the years he’s seen it all working as a project manager, consultant and producer on interactive projects for such clients as Volvo USA, MCI Worldcom, Red Bull, Vitaminshoppe, New Balance, Schering Plough, TBWA and Saatchi & Saatchi.
